以下の項目に変更が生じた場合は、 UTRadMSにて登録内容変の更申請。

★身分（学部学生から大学院生への変更も含む）

★所属（研究室）　※部局の変更は異動前部局で取扱中止後に、異動先の部局で再登録申請。

★取扱内容

姓名の変更、放射線取扱主任者免許を取得した場合、放射線管理室へご連絡ください(UTRadMSでは申請できません)。

卒業、退職、研究期間終了、留学等により登録を中止する方は、 UTRadMSにて取扱中止を申請

If any of the following items change, apply for a change in registration details at UTRadMS.

★ Status (including change from undergraduate to graduate student)

★ Affiliation (lab.)　* If you want to change your department, please stop handling it at your previous department and apply for re-registration at your new department.

★ Handling contents

If you have changed your family name or obtained a radiation protection supervisor license, please contact the Radiation Safety Office (application cannot be made through UTRadMS)

For those who stop registration due to graduation, retirement, end of research period, study abroad, apply for discontinuation of handling in UTRadMS.
