新規取扱者/New registrant

① 放射線登録申請

（1）放射線取扱者登録管理システム（UTRadMS）に共通ID（学生証・職員証の右下10桁の番号）でログインし、登録申請する。

（2）申請すると申請受理のメールが届く（このメールにe-learningに必要なIDとPWが記載）。

①Application for registration as a radio isotope (RI) handler

（1）Login with your Common ID (the lower right 10-digit number of your student / staff ID) to the URL below.

（2）Once you apply, you will receive a confirming e-mail of your application (this e-mail contains the ID/PW required for web-learning).

以下、②③④は順不同です。

The following ②, ③, ④ are in no particular order.

② 放射線取扱者健康診断を受診　（※「X-AB」のみの取扱者は不要）

（１）UTRadMSの「問診受診」からWeb問診に回答する。

（２）問診の一次判定結果メールを確認し、東大保健センターWebから健診を予約する。

　　　（予約サイトの認証コードは、一次判定結果のメールに記載）

（３）健診日は、受診票、予約時の予約完了画面の印刷、身分証（職員・学生証）を持参する。
　　　※ 受診票を、必ず「紙に印刷」してご持参ください

（４）健診結果が登録されるとメールが届く。

※共通ＩＤの無い方は、東大で健康診断を受診できません。
　外部機関での受診となるので、詳細は放射線管理室へお問い合わせください。

②Take medical checkup for RI users（*No need to handle only class X-AB）

（１）Answer an on-line questionnaire from "medical questionnaire" of UTRadMS.

（２）Check a confirmation email of the questionnaire, make an appointment of your checkup via the web site of Health Service Center, UTokyo by using the ID/PW in the email.

（３）On your checkup day, bring your checkup sheet, a printed reservation screen, and your ID (student/staff ID).
          ※The checkup sheet is required to print to a paper!

（４）You will receive an email when your checkup results are registered to the system.

* If you do not have a Common ID, you are not available to take a checkup at UTokyo.
  Please contact the Radiation Safety Office for details.

③  全学一括講習会（e-learning）を受講

UTRadMSの「教育受講申請」から必要科目を受講申請する。

申請翌日以降、CANVASシステムへログインして受講する（ログイン時に必要なIDとPWは、登録申請の受理メール（①-(2)）を確認）。

※過去に「放射線業務従事者」として登録されていた場合、

放射線取扱者主任者免状取得者（第１種、第２種）は、その証明書の写しを添付すれば、全学一括講習会が免除されます。

③Take the safety lectures for university-wide

Apply for the required courses from "Application for Education" of UTRadMS.

From the day after the application, log in to the CANVAS system and take the course (For the ID/PW required for login, check the registration application acceptance email (①- (2)).

* If you have been registered as a “RI handler” in the past, Radiation Protection Supervisor holders (1st or 2nd class) can be exempted from the university-wide lectures with attaching a copy of these certificates.

④ 部局講習会を受講

部局講習会については、管理室から各研究室の責任者・担当者へ案内される。

④Take the safety lecture for department-wide

The schedule will be announced in advance from the Radiation Safety Office to the person in charge at each laboratory. No application is required.

⑤「研究等計画書」に必要事項を記入しルミネスバッジを申請

後日、ルミネスバッジを受け取りましたら、放射線業務に従事可能になります。

⑤Fill out the “Research Plan” and apply for a luminescence badge

Once you receive the luminescence badge at a later date, you will be able to engage in radiation work.
